Why exactly do we get fevers. A fever is higher then the average of your 98.6 degrees. You should not worry about your temperature until it is over 100 degrees. 100 degrees is safe to say that you should go to the doctors office because you never know what can happen.

A fever can be caused by toxins in the environment and by bacteria. The number one cause of a fever is a virus and it travels through the blood stream. Luckily our body has white blood cells that find those virus infections and then they tell our body that is has a virus infection. Then in return our body will then give us a fever. So our body will heat up on the fact that our bodies know viruses can not grow in high temperature environments.

That is why our bodies get hotter because viruses will die in our bodies. If our bodies did not get hot then our bodies would just get overrun with viruses because they would thrive in our normal environments and temperatures.

Fever temperature is a big deal when getting sick. You should always just let your body get hot because it is good to kill the virus. If you body is higher then normal then you need to get a days rest and not do any work. Although you should always get your mind off being sick becasue sometimes your mind can get you even sicker.

If you have a fever you will understand you have a fever because your body temperature is high and you will have a high fever. Do not be afraid of a fever and high temperature.

So basically you should watch what you are putting in your body because the more junk you put in the body the more you will react to it.

If you notice that you are eating a lot of sugar your face will start breaking out. Try eating a lot of sugar one day and see what happens. Your body will react to it by growing acne on your face. Although there are a few other reasons that your body gives you acne, sugar is the number one cause aside from your normal hormones.

Acne has hit all of our generations hugely and it is going to get worse every year unless we do something about our sugar consumption.
